The ultranet.am website is owned and operated by Ultranet LLC and is intended for presenting, ordering, and paying for internet services online.
1. Main Website Operations
The website allows customers to:
- Browse available internet packages
- Choose a suitable subscription
- Fill out the order form
- Make an online payment via the partner bank’s secure vPOS system
Services are provided within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
2. Order Process
Orders are processed in the following steps:
- The customer selects the desired internet package
- Enters the required information
- Is redirected to the partner bank’s secure payment page
- After a successful payment, receives a payment confirmation
The payment is considered completed only after the transaction is confirmed by the bank.
3. Service Activation
The internet service is activated after payment confirmation within 24 working hours, subject to technical availability.
4. Prices & Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Armenian Drams (AMD) and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made as monthly subscriptions. The customer may cancel the subscription by notifying the company in advance.
5. Changes to Terms
Ultranet LLC reserves the right to update these terms. The updated version will be published on the website.

3 Payment Security & Recurring Payments
- All online payments are processed exclusively via our partner bank’s secure vPOS
- Ultranet does not collect full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or expiration dates
- All transactions are secured with 3D Secure authentication
- Customers may activate automatic monthly recurring payments
- Customers can cancel recurring payments at any time
- All transactions comply with the security standards required by Armenian banking regulations and the Armenian Card processing system
4 Refund Policy
• Technical impossibility to provide the subscribed service
• Continuous and unresolved technical failures
• At the sole request of the customer without valid service-related reasons
• For partially used billing periods
• After voluntary service termination
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days and returned to the same payment card used for the original transaction.
5 Data Retention
- Personal data is retained as long as the account is active or as required for service provision and legal compliance
- After the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized
6 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Personal data may be shared only with:
- Armenian banks — for payment processing
- Technical service providers — assisting with infrastructure and service delivery
- Government authorities — when legally required under Armenian law
All third parties are contractually obligated to protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
