These Terms of Use govern your use of the UltraNet website (ultranet.am) and IPTV services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

UltraNet provides internet connectivity and IPTV streaming services in Armenia. Our TV service allows you to watch live channels on Android devices using login credentials provided after payment.

Account & Access

  • You must provide a valid email address during registration
  • Login credentials are personal and should not be shared
  • Each plan has a maximum number of simultaneous devices as specified
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Payments & Subscriptions

  • All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
  • Free trials are limited to one per customer
  • We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Redistribute or rebroadcast content received through our services

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with UltraNet are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without permission.

Limitation of Liability

UltraNet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
